Congratulations to Southwestern Classical Academy senior wrestler Jason Richardson is moving on to the MHSAA Division 2 Regional Round after an impressive 2nd place finish in the 285lb weight class at the District Tournament at Fenton High School! Good afternoon! For January the Flint Community Schools School Wellness Program (SWP) nurses want to increase awareness of the health condition of asthma. Asthma is a common health condition. Around 25 million Americans are diagnosed with asthma. One in eleven school aged children are affected by asthma. Asthma is a condition that can be well managed by working with a doctor and following the treatment plan that they prescribe. Please find the attached newsletter to further increase your knowledge of asthma. Stay healthy, be well!
